How it works

Check your priceWe reply with the full price, including any extra stops or early-morning fare. You confirm it or cancel.
Your driver arrivesYou get their name, photo and a code to check. They drive your car with you as the passenger, and you pay by PayNow or cash at the end.

The fare is the same every night of the week. ERP, tolls and parking on your car are extra. You see the full price before you confirm.

Cancel free until a driver is assigned. After that, a $30 cancellation fee applies.

Check your insurance first

Your motor insurance must allow another driver at the wheel. We do not insure your car. Many Singapore policies limit who may drive by age or experience, so confirm with your insurer before you book. You must also not drive at any point during the trip.

Drivers are accountableIf your driver causes damage to your car, the driver is responsible for it. They are independent professionals who agree to this before joining.

Questions

Do you send a car?

No. Your driver drives your own car. Wingman Valet is not a taxi or private hire service.

How do I pay?

You pay the price you were quoted by PayNow or cash to your driver when the trip ends. Ask for a receipt if you want one.

What if there is an accident?

Your driver stops safely, calls 999 or 995 if anyone is hurt, and tells us straight away. You and the driver make any police report the law requires, and you notify your own motor insurer.

Will a driver refuse a trip?

Yes, if the car is unsafe, unlicensed or uninsured, or if the driver is asked to do something unlawful or is treated abusively.

Are drivers your employees?

No. Drivers are independent professionals engaged by us.
